I got a new LCD from Freego-FreeGo X2 LCD Replacement

As I mentioned in my previous videos, I had some issue with the monitor/LCD. I can still turn on and off the bike and but the backlight of the LCD itself is not working probably. After contacted Freego, they honored their warranty and sent me a new one as replacement. Thank you! Freego!

As you guys know I have been riding Freego X2 a lot offroad. However, I constantly get mud, water, rocks, and dirt on my back, because it lacks of a proper rear tire mug guard. You know what, we will change that! Check it out how I made myself a nice mud guard.

I did some more serious offroad this time without my kid. There are bunch of rocky slope climbing and tons of sandy/dirt road/slope climbing. The bike started with only 70% or less battery by the way, and I kept it at ECO mode the whole time. It handle all the obstacles nicely! Alright guys, I pushed this thing for some serious offroad tests this afternoon. I almost broke my arm and leg on a bad bad sandy slope run, check it out! By the way, I brought my boy with me as my assistant. We took a trip for more than 2 hours on this thing and we could have kept going if my boy did not get tired. Battery level is still 70%. Like at the bottom of the fork suspension it pinches the wheel and that part was loose and the front wheel was wobbling
My freego x2 had that brake squeak in the front and when I checked it wasn’t the brake disk it was the front forks where loose at the bottome
On your drag race video you didnt mention you were in eco mode w half battery ..no wonder tutteio smoked the freego x2. Lol Or did u mention. I didn't hear it if so. But ya I'd like to see a real test w both 100% battery & in fastest mode w similar weight riders, if you have a way 👍

Second this. I have a tt1600r that is chain driven and it sounds very similar. Higher pitch though.

Should I get a tuttio or save up a little more for the freego?
wanna ride everywhere with a better top speed? Freego X2 no doubt. Wanna some more instant mid-drice motor torque and mainly do offroad/stay away from roads, Tuttio. I have to say, Tuttio may have more mod potentials as well.

Seriously debating between this and Freego X2. I like the full size of freego and the pedals but the price on this is hard to beat

You should do a drag race between the freego and Tuttio I wanna see how much more the freego wins by since it more expensive
@@FitnessForge26 oh yes, will do. Freego will kill it, the sports mode goes to 50 mph. However, it is a little unfair as the Tuttio is only 48v system with a 2000w motor, compared to x2 with 60v and 3000w motor
@ yeah lol I just wanna see if the extra 1k will be worth it because I’m between the two rn. And Also have you had any problems with the freego I’m curious on its reliability
@@FitnessForge26 i think both will be a good buy, if you want to ride on the road more you would want to go for the X2 for sure for its faster top speed and 'ebike' look (less chance of cop trouble), but you won't regret either one. I might be the one on RUclips ride X2 the hardest but so far everything is fine except the LCD dim issue. Their customer service has been very responsive, and we are working on getting my screen replaced.

@@FitnessForge26 I can help you to make it easy here, Tuttio is like an actual 20 inch wheel sized normal bike size, X2 is like a 700c bike size go to Walmart check one of those to have an idea. But of cause they are all wider heavier than bikes, just to have a idea the verticle size

Hey do you have your manual? Can you check it to see if mentions needing to leave battery on when charging. Some youtube commenter said you need to leave the battery switch on when charging or the bms won't be on and it will just keep charging after full and destroy the battery etc. That a huge safety hazard so no way that's the case but can you check manual

Dont use front brake much when on dirt , feels like. Seems i almost take a dive everytime i hit front brake on dirt where any rough terrain at all

@@MarvstubeSoontv here is a good one YEMA Unisex-Adult Modular Full Face Helmet, but if you just search for Motorcycle Helmet, there are ton of them, very good quality and price. I got mine 2 years ago and somehow cannot find the link anymore.

How to change to mph
The manual says if you triple click the power button it will change it but can't verify as mine is still shipping and the new ones come with MPH out of the box.
No matter what nationality or race, this father/daughter dynamic is the same... LOL

Guys hope yoi will enjoy this one. Couple of things I forgot to mention in this video:1. If you know how the voltage works on ebike, you probably have guessed this, the battery is probably already down at 50% at begining of the video. 2. My experience tells me that the bike can keep up its 50mph top speed from pretty much 100 to 70% battery which again if you know about these Surron Segway bikes, is pretty good conaidering that's like 10 to 15 miles of top speed runing. 3. I just checked my mileage, I did about 2 hours 20 miles mixing driving (bunch top speed tests + lots of casual riding) before the battery reached 50%, and I expect it will do another 10 miles casual and 5 miles top speed run before reach critical status of 20%.

Hey can you measure the thin part of frame in front of battery on x2 for me. I want to order a certain saddle bag thi g for it but dont know if its too long for that spot. Bag is 8" .. no chance ?
I got you, there is actually some space there. From the handle bar stem to the seat is 14 to 15 inches, from the edge of battery to the seat is 11 to 12 inches space. Pretty sure you can have plenty of options for a saddle bag.

I forgot to mention in this video that the battery size is 60v 30ah, and removable, very nice size. It lasts me around 40 to 50 miles at casual riding, and about 20 to 30 miles with offroad/high speed riding. You can also buy more batteries from Freego. For comparison, Surron Light Bee or Segway x260 is doing about the same range

I'm in the states as well. I think there is a big line of pre-orders and Freego just cannot keep up their production speed. This thing has so much potential, Freego probably did not realize it would become so popular😅 I ordered on their official website and the customer service has been excellent , a little bit waiting time but always got my answers.

I was told back on sept 13th that the bikes are on the sea right now on way to California warehouse abd will be at California warehouse on the 10th and it will shipped to me at that time. You must not be in California or ill be scolding them lol. Their customer service has been OK. Sometimes has taken 4 or 5 days to get a response but I've been bugging a bit
@@cirwo85 Washington state, but I ordered end of May and got it end of August, so...You should be getting it faster however, as I probably got the first few out of the factory. Their production/shipping line should be faster now. By the way, once they had it in hand they acted quick. It only took 3 days for the FedEx to deliver to my door.

Total cost me like only 500 to build, anything (electric trike) on the market that can do 25 mph will cost you at least 1000 USD.
