How to clean & service a Paslode IM65 2nd fix nail gun

    Guys do not use heavy degreasers on electronic units. These carb cleaners are for solid metal parts not for precision tools 😂.God bless

    You'll need another pallet of adhesive if that's your way of doing dot and dab

    I'm sure brake cleaner is melting any seals in your gun, they're very clear about using only paslode cleaner and oil in there guns for a reason. I'll pay the £10-£12 a can and service myself happy on the knowledge that I've done it correctly cheaper than sending it in for a service

      I use westway lubricant oil its a fraction of the price of paslode. The holts cleaner is good

    see how mucky that gun is, try with no oil and it won't need to be serviced for years then replace the ring when it wears down- they are cheap! Then the gun stays dry inside.

    Great bit of kit that hinge jig if you’re doing multiple doors a day, doing like a refurb, or hanging Oak doors. I use mine all the time. That along with my Milwaukee door handle jig and mortise jig I can fly through doors and frames now. Earned their money back real quick they did.

      any throttle body cleaner will do the job, just let it evaporate before you close it up.

      I put the top of the noggin to 1035mm from the floor. Then the sparks don’t have to bash out any noggins and there switches can just sit straight on top! Hope that helps 👍🏻
