A310 pilot here,you arent supposed to hold the A310 level ,you have to have somewhere around 1-5 degrees of pitch up before flaring,the A310 is a old aircraft so it's not easy to understand

I have a problem whenever i land, When i am set for ILS, i set my Minimums to 300, Auto speed and Approach, Then when i disconnect my auto pilot, The Auto speed is still active even though everything was supposedly disconnected. Whenever i try to disconnect my Auto speed it doesn’t work. It still was green even though the small lever was already down but indicates green. Then it will cause me to crash.

Totally wrong first of all you aren’t even in a cruise config the gear is UP not OFF, and the GEN OFF BUS lights can be seen on the overhead indicating that the engine generators are OFF, and your stall recovery is absolutely incorrect the FCOM (Flight Crew Operations Manual) Manuevers chapter has a dedicated page for stall recovery, In a stall the last thing to do would be reducing thrust and deploying speedbrakes, you want more speed not less and the manuever also says don’t change config such as flaps.
