thanks! I am on chapter 4 and after the estate of zhu thing I couldn’t progress more as I wanted to 100% it using a walkthrough, so instead, I restarted the farming and upon getting 2 jade lotuses I got the soak finally

If you've been farming for days and haven't gotten it, it might be because you haven't talked to the gourd monkey npc in chapter 1. If you skip talking to him, the soaks from lotus, as well as steel ginseng don't drop. I only realized this after farming 900 lotus. Got it on my first rotation after talking to him (read this on a forum. Credit to vahndaar who datamined and shared this information)

I got all 9 drinks and 27 soaks but didn’t get my trophy. How do I fix this??

I had 999 of Lotus flowers. Mixed 500 of them. Now I have to farm other flowers to get place again for jade flowers :) Edit: After 10 hours of farming I got a new bug. Flowers are not respawning anymore. Doesnt care how many hours I was waiting. Started the game new, the ps5, changed time by few hours… I am out of wukong Platinum. Good luck guys.

A few tips for anyone who stumbles on this later... 1 - Against Yellow Devil, if you don't want to use Blast Man's weapon, start with a full charge power gear shot to move him to speed gear immediately. This is actually the phase where you can most reliably get the most hits off against him in the shortest time and it's also just easier to dodge than his normal phase too. 2 - use Bounce Man's weapon to clear the mimic-esque guys holding powerups in the rooms with the powerups. 3 - in Room 16, just use Torch Man's weapon to clear all the boxes so that you don't have to mess with the enemies. 4 - In Room 18, use rush jet after jumping on the first platform to immediately clear without having to risk dealing with the flying enemy. 5 - Against Mawverne in Room 20, it's actually safer to do it buster only. You can very reliably open him up with rapid fire to make him track back and forth, then hit him with a power gear double charged shot to close him back up again making the part before he starts firing lasers practically risk free. Then you can Just focus on using double charged shots before he starts shooting lasers each time he teleports for a super easy victory. 6 - In Room 23, you can use power gear when using Torch Man's weapon to more reliably clear the missiles. No real downside to it since you never need this weapon again after this room. (alternatively you can just use Bounce Man's weapon too) 7 - In Room 24, Power Gear Acid Armor is the way to go. Just make sure you let the rabbits jump on you and that you don't jump on them. 8 - In Room 28, Using speed gear before jumping over every pit will save your ass frequently.

Well played. Your ninpo timing was perfect. In both occassions you could have had your guard broken and taken serious damage. This one is driving me crazy. It's the last platinum medal I need, but I just can't seem to beat it. The damage taken is insane. Too much time invested just to give up now, but it feels impossible.
