Hi, love your lineup! Do you have any after the pen flip throughs of your skinny? I’m so interested in what you were talking about how you used it this year and in the past. Just the inspiration I’ve been hoping for. 😊
Hi! I don’t have any flip throughs but when I tracked for my mental health it was based more off how my anxiety was that day or how I was feeling mentally or emotionally. For the self love I would basically give myself one compliment per day because I feel we rarely do that for ourselves. And now for inspirational quotes it’s more if something sticks with me that I really love I like to write it down so I don’t forget it 🥰
