Folkestone Trainspotter.

Hi, I'm a massive railway enthusiast, my biggest interest are steam locomotives but do like heritage and mainline diesels as well. Also you may occasionally come across electric units which I video just to check the settings on the camera are right before a charter or freight passes through, I don't always delete those as I know some people have a interest in EMUs.
Please note I only upload videos as of a special charter passes through a station I'm able to get too, or if I'm aware of a freight train coming through.

Great capture. I caught Britannia at Worplesdon
Diesel is to provide electricity for coaches, the Britannia class are the prettiest locomotives to ever run in the UK.
Why the diesel loco at the rear ?
I had a seat in coach F, (The buffet Coach). We were chasing yellow signals for a lot of the time on the outward leg of the trip. It was pretty slow going getting out of London, (Battersea to Denmark Hill) and around the Rochester area too.

Wasn't happy about the sun being extremely bright as it made the video dark, i should of gone to Dover as I originally planned too.

Thanks, I'll be there again on Tuesday to capture B1 Mayflower (if she actually turns up). This charter was booked as Mayflower, but for reasons unknown, Braunton hauled this train instead.
