A rant on hating eating disorders and letting you all know that recovery is possible.
Hope you are doing OK! ED's are rough. Honestly, the best advice for me was talking about it and sharing the hard parts with someone. In my case, I have the most supportive husband on the planet. Without him, God only knows... I am super lucky that he has my back! AND my husband and I celebrated 19 years together! Hope things are going well. Hope Wisconsin is treating you well!!
Hope your recovery is still going well!! For some reason your video popped up on my suggestions. My husband and I now live in several states away, and with The Plague running rampant, we haven't been able to visit Milwaukee for a few years. We're planing on coming up for the holidays this winter, and if you would like, we could grab dinner some evening. I would love for you to meet my husband. You would really like him. He is so kind, caring, supportive, funny, and he always manages to improve my day/week/month. And he has a heart of pure gold. (He also just happens to be one of the most adorable people I ever met.) Let me know if you'd like to get together or if you would like to meet my husband (we've been together 18 years! I feel old).
Keep up the fight. Thanks for posting. Don't u love them "coping skills"? I wish u the best on your journey...ya...depression gets you nowhere. Keep positive & thx for your post...it's helpful to us as well to hear ur story.
