NAVC was the baby icpc that were lunched some years ago before owasanye came to office in all local government but was suspended. They were the eye and ear of icpc.
You also need manpower to fight corruption. Both EFCC and ICPC are not practically physical or approachable in the field for frequent reminders to the public and contact. Recruit and make yourselves known. This alone will send shivers to the bad guys
How will corruption go when u guyx are also corrupt..... ordering recruitment process wey una dey do, is been hijacked and full of corruption.
