I had a word with them last week. They are planning to offer possession post Diwali

Same thing they are saying to everyone. But yesterday CRM team said as per agreement it's in Dec 2025. So wait till then.

I had visited last month. I don't think there is any chance of possession this year.

Agree we all should come together..bcoz..they are saying to everyone..they are planning to offer a possession post diwali..but as per construction status dont think so...and i had a conversation yet in rera its dec 2025..and they are planning in nov or dec...but till now no oc received. Point z that When they will request..if they really want to offer a possession in nov or dec..

@@manavchaudhary9984 Till now Trident Reso have not constructed back side wall so it means protest is still on and that is big concern for us too as Reso buyers. Lets hope every thing will be sort out soon.

@@imranahamad1401 last week only and talked with Trident onsite staff. As Deepika said each employee have different stories, no hopes atleast in 2024

@@Sri_sssh Lets c and hope for the best. March 25 looks realistic to me. I visited builder office in first week of may and they told me after september they will take the request for early possession.

No its not completed yet, don't know the reason but devika's protest should not create any problem as that is not genuine demand, nobody will consider this as both are the different societies, This is their internal issue.

Seems like Devika guys protest whenever they get time But they have been using the back side gate for the last 2-3 years.

I think it's correct info. As last time Tower 1 at 14th floor now it's at 17th floor. I guess September end construction almost done of the Tower -1 and parallelly other work partially done. Hopefully they offer pre possession at Diwali apart from Tower-1

@@indiatouaevlogs114 As of now 16 floors completed of T1 and 7 remaining. In mivan shuttering it takes 15 days for one floor, so T1 structure should be completed by December after that we can expect anything related to the possession.
