This is me. To EVERYTHING and ANYTHING I do. For the love of god I cannot get myself to focus on important tasks…
So so relatable. Remember that doing a tiny bit right now is better than spending days mentally prepping yourself to do the big scary tasks in one go! Take breaks and be kind to yourself, you got this!!! For practical advice, a way of thinking that weirdly “clicked” for me years ago was that if you do a SMALL part of a task every time you think about it, you’ll eventually finish it without stressing yourself out to the point of exhaustion. Like for exercise, ten pushups whenever you think about it is more approachable than a full hour workout when your day is already feeling full, if that makes sense. Let me know if it did! 💛💛💛
