Mount Toubkal Trek + White Water Rafting
Morocco isn’t just sand, sun and sea. On this trip we hope to discover snow and white water as well!
One of our most popular trips since launching The Bucket List Company has been our Mount Toubkal Trek.
But, we understand that some people have 2-weeks off from work and want to make the most of it.
Thats why we have decided to combine this with another of our amazing Morocco Trips.
Once you have finished your Mount Toubkal Trek you will be whisked straight off on your next adventure, White Water Rafting down the Ahansal river.
This then turns your 8 Day Morocco trek into an amazing Multi Activity 12-day Adventure - a great way for any adventure seeker to spend their two weeks of annual leave.

Great video I'd say ditch the music. Thanks again.
numbers missing
Marangu from £2550 thebucketlistcompany.co.uk/destinations/kilimanjaro-marangu-route/ and Lemosho from £3050 thebucketlistcompany.co.uk/destinations/kilimanjaro-lemosho-route/
Way too much stuff for 4 days.
I agree
Why do you need a helmet for climbing mount toubkal?
@@bilaltahir9978 this is only for the winter trek.
Been binge listening to the Podcast past few weeks.. Nice to put a face to the voice 👍🏼 excellent information. Thank you
Awesome, thank you!
HAve a great time!!
Wooh, i love getting up a new summit!
Do you offer the 3 peaks morocco trek?
No we don't, in Morocco we have our Sahara desert trek, Best of Morocco trip, White Water Rafting and Mount Toubkal
If a mule is carrying your main luggage why do you need a 35 litre bag? Wouldnt it be enough to have something like a trail running hydration pack like the Salomon adv skin 12 and then access any additional luggage via the mule?
No the mules don’t walk with you. They normally carry your food as well so will go on and make lunch and then go on to prepare evening meal etc. so you don’t have access to your bags until the evening. You should carry water proofs, first aid kit etc in your bag pack. People may want camera etc as well.
Do you offer the 3 peak atlas mountain challenge?
Meet you guys
It's misleading, Guide is not mandatory for EBC
I have a UK travel document, dark blue, Can I go to Morocco?
As your hiking, avoid the lions as you enjoy your walk ha ha😂
The most welcome
In welchem Monat war das? Würde mich Interessen ob im August auch Schnee dort oben liegt…
February!
Still ain't close to something like Everest.
no but it's a great place to start and get training
Maybe in a few years when I’m more comfortable
You should join our Gozo trip to learn to scuba dive!
@@thebucketlistcompanyIf i could i would but my life doesnt allow for it rn 😢
Pronounce it correctly my God
It's his accent😆
Don’t do the Inca trail!!! Go to Cuzco and book a 4 day guided tour to Machu Picchu. You will go mountain biking, white water rafting, zip lining and stop at natural hot water springs. You will also get to trek through the jungle and experience amazing scenery and spend the last day trekking the Inca trail. All your food and accommodation will be arranged for you. You will have the best time and meet amazing people. I remember a girl on her fifth day on walking the Inca trail coming over and sitting next to me, she looked defeated and had had enough of walking, I told her about what I had been doing for the past five days a she nearly cried. Trust me, you will not regret it.
The Inca trail is 3 days with 4th day visiting Machu Pichu, so no idea what she was doing on her 5th day!
It's easy, until you die from altitude sickness.
On killimanjaro? Near impossible.
@@listrahtes If you google "Kilimanjaro Deaths" you will find that most deaths are caused by altitude sickness.
Altitude sickness is not the same as hypoxia. You can get altitude sickness below 10,000 ft, but you probably won’t die from it.
@@Chase3141 And especially with Killimanjaro its very unlikely. If someone gets symptoms they just walk him down. There is no climb at this mountain , no danger of being isolated..etc. just trekking up the mountain. A whole other game at f.e. Mount McKinley etc were Hape and HACE sadly quite frequently happen.
@@listrahtes Altitude Sickness is the most common cause of death on Kilimanjaro. Check for yourself on google or ChatGPT.
Can you pay in € for snucks you buy in Imlil or need local currency?
You will need dirhams, but you can change these in Marrakech really easily.
Is there a way to do it without a group? Advanced hikers don’t want to be slowed down by out of shape tourists
You can do a private tour with a guide :)
You could book your own guide, however you will still walk slowly because of the altitude.
My 70 year old doctor does it every 2 years. She's very active but still
Too many people
Can be difficult, found it more indecisive than difficult, especially when you ask it what it wants for tea.
No where on Earth is not blighted by man .What should be a pristine wilderness is now a squalid eyesore.
What a miserable walk .Too many crawling along.Too many with the unnecessary enormous pack. Its not a week in the wilderness. They are a blight on the view.
What is the point ? There are many more less crowded more interesting treks in Nepal.
It's just one of many we offer, it's on a lot of peoples bucket list!
Looks like a nice mountainbike trail
I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I can assure you that not everybody can walk that long especially at high altitudes. Exercise is very likely to send us into a crash
I can relate.
Hi sir I want to ask Q we have Morocco visa can we take transit visa of France by taking ticket is it easy or not
warn folks about altitude...
That is crazy 😧😮
Thanks for all the useful information! One more question: Waterfilters are good against bacteria, but usually not against the much smaller viruses. Isn’t that a risk? Obviously, getting sick on the trail will keep you from summitting.
A watertogo bottle will take out 99.9999% of containments. This has been tested in the EU and the US
People should still take appropriate warm gear, as it looks nice and warm, but it won't be like that at the top.
Song??
The ice cap at the top was tough & it’s the altitude that gets you too
Being 20 stone I will not be able to do it 😂
Yeah, but if you can get a lift to the top somehow, you could still roll down it😂
@flynnejammin1 nah just bounce on my belly lot quicker when you got a personal space hopper
you dont need rope?
nope!
Still about 10 people die a year with health issues as SF associated with altitude also a large number fail to summit or make a probable wise decision not to attempt summit due to altitude health related issues.
It shouldn't be a reason to not do it unless you have had previous issues - we always recommend visiting the Altitude Centre with us so people can find out how their body reacts before going on the trip
@@thebucketlistcompany always wanted to do it, just some treks are rushed and important to take care maybe an extra acclimatise day, lookout for signs of altitude sickness. It not just a walk in the park. Some/ many fit people fail whilst being passed by a spritely heavy drinking and smoking 70yr old.😝👍🤷♂️
We agree! Our trips are never rushed and our local team is amazing we have a 98% success rate on our Kili trips!🙌🏼
Cool, i had no idea!
This is so true, I have done it. It's nothing heroic.
Easier to say than walk, well for normal folk
What country is this
This one is in the Costa Blanca region of Spain
PHUQUE THAT for a game of soldiers....
Trust us it's fun!
