I stripped paint, cleaned, and then sanded and sanded and sanded....white washed the raw wood, sealed and voila! I love how this stairway makeover turned out! I'm making over this orange toned coffee table for my mom. I sanded it down using 80 grit sandpaper, then lightly sanded with a 220 grit to smooth it out. I then used a Greige and cream paint wash (mixed with about 50% water. I topped it off with Up Paint furniture salve.

Here I am making over two end tables (or nightstands) that we purchased on Facebook marketplace a few weeks ago. The tops were a veneer and so I decided to paint with a paint I already had on hand called Up Paint and the color was Greige. I finished with a lemon furniture salve also by Up Paint Company.
