Regarding Doomsday and Punishing Strike: Before the mage update, I was actually running the big 3 on my Reflux (DD, PS, and Expl). This was fine since a single cycle of Blaze -> Rime -> Eso -> RG -> DD -> PS -> Expl put you into boundless, and it was very easy to stay in boundless cause of RG's shorter CD. Since they removed the Quick Prep tripod from RG with the mage update, it was much more difficult to stay in boundless with the skill set-up. I liked keeping DD because of the large mana cost, so my decision was to either drop Expl or PS for Inferno. They both do similar damage, but I opted for Expl because of the faster casting animation. I told my static that I'd switch Expl to PS if we ever needed more burst stagger for a mech. IMO, Reflux players should choose 2 of the big 3 in their build since it's very easy to fit them in rotation, and because it makes it very easy to enter boundless. Other Reflux players will probably disagree with me, but that's just my opinion. I think you can really run anything on Reflux assuming you have really good uptime. Regarding Raid Captain: This one is simple. All the supports we have in our static run drops. I am usually a goblin for drops, so I will chase down wind and crit orbs. Wind orbs will give you the full value of Raid Captain in boundless. It does give Raid Captain better value in addiction as well, but you're not in addiction for long anyway. Also I usually run rage on one of my skills (usually Squall), but I think I forgot to equip it in this run. Rage gamba procs will cap you out on Raid Captain as well. It is possible to change one ring to swiftness to not rely on rage procs or drops gamba, but then I would need to change my elixir set to master for the loss of crit. I hate elixirs, so I probably will not go this route. Regarding your DPS as Igniter: I am still under the impression Igniter is significantly stronger than Reflux in the right hands. I do believe Reflux is much stronger than Igniter in prog content though. Also I wouldn't call your damage "a little bit bigger" than mine. 26m dps is ~19.8% higher than my dps at a similar level LOL. Honestly, I feel like my DPS is low for my ilvl, but I don't know what an average player's DPS in Echidna is.

The standard Ether Predator +1 should be fine honestly if you do want to try playing with Strong Wind, but I like said in my other video: the benefit of having Drizzle +1 is so you don't waste time activating identity since there's no way to animation cancel it ):
