It should not matter which version or mode or make of the sub. As long as the KEFs are sending the sub audio signal, it should work. Did you check the sub with any other player/amp? Sorry for the late reply though.

It is in front of the fly wheel. In the video you see the wire is ending somewhere there. You should find the DC power port there.

Here is my honest review. It sucked. Consumer reports said it was the best under 1000. At 800 dollars. Well I guess since they got a good review they jacked the price up. My first pet peeve is paying way more than I should have. Next thing I noticed was that there was a ding on the roller rail that I sort of repaired by hitting it with a hammer about 20 times to smooth it out so it wouldn't tear the roller up. Next as I put the thing together I notice some of the plastic parts don't really fit together. Ok I thought. Only cosmetic that I really didn't care much about. Next the long steal rod had some sort of grit all over it mixed in with the grease. I wiped most of it off but didn't want to wipe the grease off as I didn't know what to replace it with. That is the installation side of things. Next is to try to use it. I immediately felt some very slight grinding. Nothing audible but I could feel it in my feet. So I don't know if something wasn't lubed or put together right or defective or just a property of the magnetic resistance mechanism. So ignoring this, I start using the machine. I find out the heart rate monitor doesn't give you a heart rate. It just has a bar that goes up and down. Annoying but ok. I would say the straw that broke the camels back though was the handgrips. I am 5'11" tall. Not too tall but the grips are below my waist. This in itself is very uncomfortable and makes me lean forward to hold them and in doing this the other swinging hand grips hit my arms. I got an eliptical to work out my legs and buttocks not my arms so this is horrible. The overall ergonomics of this machine didn't feel right either. I waited 3 months and checked amazon daily waiting on one to become available. After using it once, I am now trying to figure out how to repack the thing for them to pick it back up. 100% honest review here. Many other people review this but I am about 99% sure they have never used it. Just cutting and pasting videos they get from the net and saying it's great because that is what consumer reports said. Let's just say I am not going to take consumer reports into any more buying decisions either.

According to the manual it should start exporting as soon as you put the USB stick in, but mine doesn't do anything. I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong?

Jessica Maureen Singer in having the exact same problem -- when it says to insert the USB it doesn't register that there's anything connected.. I tried 3 different keys... not happy about this !!!!
