Just to let you know walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors. I was lucky I had the corner unit and only shared one wall with the neighbor.

Which part of St. Louis is that house/apartment in? What was your budget?
They were in the central west end, downtown, and near tower grove park! My budget was to stay closer to $1000 dollars. I ended up paying 1075 for the apartment I live in now (:
