September 1994 sees the end of an era with Blyth depot closing. Here you see the last 37 to be serviced before hauling the last HAA coal hoppers from West Blyth Sidings to Tyne Yard.

GBRF hire Deltic 22 for local Blyth & Tyne Alcan alumina working. Last Deltc to travel over Blyth & Tyne was in 1980 during mainline diversions.
