Great as the Suchet television series is, the Moffat radio versions are closer to Agatha Christie's stories.

I have this book and The Crooked House (Large Print) & there is a blurb at the beginning that this story/book (Ordeal by innocence & Crooked House was Agatha's two favorite stories (thus the Book Club put it together). FYI. Both ARE great stories.

For me there is only one Poirot and that is David Suchet ,

I have only just learnt that John Moffat played the presiding magistrate M Comilau in the Maigret series. The voice is so different in tone , my admiration for this brilliant actor increased.

In my opinion hickson is and will always be the greatest Marple ever ie apart from Rutherford and maybe mcewean all others are also rans it's like comparing Nora batty with farrah fawcett it's a different planet
