@adventureman135 i do personally think its a great game but there alot of people vocal about it being bad for good reasons, but for console i do remember it being pretty bad but they recently just came out with the big update that gave the game major improvements to the systems and gameplay but also with this some have said there are bugs and stuff but I havent had much issues with the game myself since 2017 when I started playing

So for me the trick I found out is to save your boost for the final stretch on Lower difficulties, Drafting in this game is very strong and thats why everyone sorta stays with eachother throughout the entire race, but the higher the difficulty the harder it gets so on normal the cars are going sorta slow so its easy to draft and catch up, so I never use my boost until the final stretch, however on like hard sometimes you will have to use a boost to stay with the crowd at times but overall I still save for the final stretch. On Expert difficulty you need to use your boost whenever it is necessary to stay in like 1st place or even close too, Drafting isnt very strong on expert it would seem because the cars are already going so fast and before you have time to draft there will end up being a sharp turn. but yeah if you can keep up you dont have to use boost as you were saying but its the drafting system the AI are very good at somehow managing speed draft and sharp turns without losing any momentum

ah okay I see thats cool glad your having fun with it, as for recommendations I dont have to many, there arent alot of arcady games like this. This has to be the best one ive played for a long time like this but I have other racing games you may enjoy My favourite is Split/Second its on PC/PS3/Xbox360 And then I got this other one its called Victory Heat Rally but Idk if it released consoles and I can suggest also Hotwheels unleashed 1 and 2 those games are really good aswell

There is multiplayer but not for the Crack that I know of but its only PVP not like co-op which woulda been so sick
