I have been a member at my church for 20 yrs. along with being a regular singer in the choir, duets, trios, etc. In the last year our church has changed pastors which was a great thing but then they thought the music should change also. Now, instead of a choir singing good gospel songs and hymns with a special soloist, duet, trio, etc. we have new singers (who can't carry a tune or sing harmony) and new musicians (who in some cases can't play). This still wouldn't be too bad except for the fact that everyone who was involved (and called) into the music ministry in the past has been excluded. This is making me think about changing churches
