I'm glad she never left. I remember when Irys was part of Myth and Council. She was an extra for both sides until they found her a spot. Sadly it came at the cost of Sana leaving but we kept Irys and she sings wonderfully and is funny.

I'm glad she stayed. I honestly couldn't stand looking at her original model so I didn't watch her streams much then. Now I probably watch her more than most other members and she's one of my favorite personalities in Hololive.

I mean, that's fair...ESPECIALLY coming from iRyS as she didn't even have a group behind her and more or less kicked it solo until Council eventually adopted her. Of course, now with both Advent and Justice it's really starting to feel like Holo EN is just hitting its stride and is only going to do more big things in the future.

Im so happy shes still here, since her debut i loved her and her songs helped me to go through a lot of problems on my life so i really appreciate her and i hope she's going to be here more and more time ❤

TBH I think she's one of the most "hololive" holomems personality wise. I'm glad she's still around.

I'll be honest, when Irys debut I wasn't that interested in her character or role at all as well; but she's done a massive turn around and actually let her personality through and she's probably among my most watched in holo now

If IRyS decided not to stay, I don't think we would have seen Kanade and maybe a few other members debut with Hololive. Was pretty rough for IRyS at first, but with her getting included into a gen was the best decision Cover made. Only time will tell when a new member joins and says that IRyS is their kamioshi. 😊

I think if she didn't get the model upgrade and the forming of Promise she might have lost hope, ironically enough. Me and my 10y/o really like her berserker song, those melodic metal anime OP sounding songs really suit her well. Glad she stayed

Here me out: if at ANY point IRyS went through with graduation for any reason (burnout, health, etc.), I would absolutely respect her choice. Things may be going smoothly now, but when she first started out, it was a single talent debut and was a bit of a rough launch. I remember when Myth welcomed her to Hololive during her first collab with them. She was super nervous and if I recall correctly, Kiara was really trying to communicate with her and strike up a conversation. But it was with Promise, formerly Council, that she truly started to shine through beyond a VSinger. I know it's not really that big of a deal, but it can't be denied that she had a bit of a rough journey back when she was "Project Hope". But Hololive making her an official part of Promise was the best thing they could have done. Seriously, Hololive's generosity is completely unmatched by any VTuber agency.
