That rattle could be the exhaust flexibile joint, just after the DPF. It usually makes that weird rattling sound. But otherwise, your car sounds normal. No worries. Change the oil at max. 10k km.

I would not worry mate, I have had 2 e90 N47 that sounded like this, even worse at -15, but I covered 110.000km on my previous one (a total of 260.000km) and this one I have right now has like 230.000km, both work really well and drive fantastic. Just keep changing the oil frequently and use good oil. I change mine 2 times a year (even though I only cover about 30.000km). Just to be on the safe side.

There are two chains One is the timing chain which will make noise regardless of the temperature of the car I had a BMW which I changed the timing chain and when it warmed up this noise came back It turned out to be the the chain in the oil pump

I think it is normal to every car that has timing chain and not timing belt. Had a golf 5 1.6 fsi that had a timing chain and did the same sound from time to time(i noticed the sound was more pronounced and appeared more often when i was near the oil change which for me is 10k km) and now i got a e90 316d lci and does the same thing when starting. Many people told me and i think this is the "problem" that the tensioner is hydraulic and for a second or two until the oil gets up in the whole engine and the chain is fully stretched it is pretty normal to do this sound.
