Beautiful chateau, but to live like this you need mega bucks. It’s not the purchase price it’s all the other things that require constant care. Roofs, windows, heating, gardens, trees etc.

The problem is the maintenance costs who are not fixed

I AGREE this property is a bargain for what it is and I also agree the color palette used for the interior design was not created by investigating the historic colors ot the time period the Manor house was constructed. However, that is a small price to pay for what is being offered of this property and I would hope who ever is buying will have the appropriate funds to do the corrections! Great Listing! GPalmer
