I too live on Chickamauga Lake/Tennessee River within close proximity of this home. It took a very long time to construct and becomes more beautiful with age! I’m told it recently sold to a family from Canada. Rumored it will be used as a business retreat. It’s a beautiful property and the previous local owner was extremely generous to her neighbors and neighborhood.

It is very beautiful and is full of potential, the price of over three million is way too much for the amount of work it needs. To get some of those fire places and lighting fixtures working again will cost about three million in France to renovate properly.
