Although I am not saying it would make any difference, an orgone device needs some sort of copper coil which needs to be connected energetically between the crystals at the bottom and the upward directed crystal at the top of the device, which should also be wrapped in copper wire. So your experiment really wasn’t a fair way to demonstrate that these devices do not work, or effectively debunk the whole idea. Also, it should be noted that Wilhelm Reich himself did not use this sort of device in his own experiments. But that said, orgone is no different from the universally recognised life force energy known by different names such as Qi, prana ,ruach etc. Today’s science does not accept the existence of anything it lacks the instrumentation to measure, but that does not prove that such energies do not exist. Modalities such as acupuncture are common to both oriental medicine (Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc.) as well as Indian Ayurveda. One can put the beneficial effects of such therapy down to the placebo effect, yet nevertheless it has been proven to be effective for anaesthesia, so acupuncture does actually produce an effect, which presumably would not result from placebo alone. I mention acupuncture as just a very small part of an entire system based on the belief in a polarised life force energy (Yin and Yang Qi) and the necessity to keep this energy balanced and moving harmoniously throughout the energy system of the body in order to remain healthy. It is accepted that we are electrical beings. Our brains function on a range of different electrical frequencies, and our hearts function with electrical energy, so why should we find it so hard to accept that systems might exist which allow us to directly influence the electrical energies in our bodies? In all probability, Wilhelm Reich did not discover a new type of energy, but rather rediscovered the same energy already recognised and used by ancient cultures and civilizations since thousands of years ago. But he really had no idea how to harness it or use it in the same way as it is used in Chinese or Ayurvedic medicine, since he clearly did not have any understanding of such systems and the workings of the human energetic system belonging to these systems.

But you'd already made up your mind that it wouldn’t work from the outset - and so what was the point? You wouldn’t prove anything with that approach anyway... In fact, you probably inadvertently proved the opposite; without the 'belief’ it won’t work! Also, all the medical assistance my partner received for his terminal cancer didn’t work either - and so what’s the difference? Some people have nothing to lose; he died anyway with all the help from medical science... Might as well have tried one of these!

Radionics machines, like the one Oskar built, only work if you believe they do, or, at least go through the motions. Same way as medicine or vitamns work. Placebo effect, or, in todays world, quantum.

I appreciate the fact that he spent a good deal of time learning about and building these machines, but his efforts were doomed from the start. Intention is a fundamental part of the process, and he obviously didn't want it to work, so it didn't.

I appreciated your video, although I study diligently everything related to the multiverse, quantum physics, radionics, dowsing and others; I can truly see the logic of each of these devices, including the one designed. But it's always good for us to have access to opposing opinions, as they remind us that nothing is 100% certain in this universe except death. Thus, I was able to grow a little more with your contribution, which put some of my points in doubt and reinforced others in which I believe. Anyway, I liked your material in this video. These tools are meant as belief machines, nothing but mind play, that is supposed to trigger some mental process that can "change reality" . I like to think of these as the modern equivalents to a catholic statute (you pray to it, light candles, similar to lighting leds and tunning, basically putting "energy" into it) ... in terms of how it works, it's basically self suggestions, etc (synchronicity). I don't think the machine can bring any value if the operations performed have no real intention behind them, though your video is one of the most honest and educational on the matter, looking forward to more.
