Nah... not true... the ENTJ admires the same thing in an ENFP as an ESTJ would. Their boldness to try new things, their richness in ideas and creativity and their fearlessness when it comes to helping someone in need, but while the ESTJ would usually criticize their lack of responsibility sometimes and being disorganized, the ENTJ would criticize them for not being focused enough to step up to reach their goals, being too jumpy with their thoughts. I'm talking about stereotypes here, though. You can also have ambitious, hyperfocused and successful ENFPs, since they are also Te users and will do so when they get a handle on their inferior Si. Edit: ESTJ and ENTJ would also criticize them for almost always being too altruistic with others instead of finally doing something for themselves. Interestingly, though, they tend to say something about it in a very calm and actually caring way. They are like: "You are always there for others. But what about you? Who is there for you? Who helps you achieve your dreams and goals? I do admire your commitment to others, but you can't just forget yourself in the process.", especially when both spot potential in the ENFP. Why would I know? Heard the latter several times from ESTJs and ENTJs, since I'm ENFP, and I'm slowly on my way to have it both ways, saying "no" to others when I have to, saying yes when I have the capacity to help.
