Hi, the total limits differ in every country really, but 350 as a max is only allowed in sweet wines in some countries. 150 for reds and 200 for whites is the most common, cheers.
Really helpful my only question is how to you determine free SO2 in wine? Like how do you calculate it before you do the additions
