I realized some stuff about myself in this challenge. 1 being I was really addicted to candy and red bull. 2 I use food and drinks as a sort of comfort. 3 and most importantly I can overcome these things. 🎉🎉🎉
My triglycerides are off the scale, 810, the doctor says I'm prediabetic I do not accept that, thyroid is elevated, lots of problems, God bless you Christina
