Let's plan a hiking trip when you come to Missouri! Or somewhere in Arkansas we could meet up. Just don't force yourself to make all of the changes at once. Remember to still enjoy your favorite foods sometimes. You don't have to give them up entirely. Portion control. Count calories. Exercise but build yourself up to it. You can do it!
You can do it Chris. Start slow. It won't happen overnight.
