- What's the point of this channel?
First and foremost to promote dynamic music.
Since the Loudness War began in the early 90's, Music decreased more and more in quality due to an increase in dynamic range compression. This is appearantly to perform better comercially since louder music seemed more appealing. That is not the case but most musicians still didn't quite realise that.
Every track I upload has at least a dynamic range of -8dB!
(For Audiophiles, that apperantly isn't much, but it's quite enough from a neutral standpoint).
//RUclips compresses audio to reduce the file size of each video (which is reasonable considering the total amount of content uploaded daily). Videos uploaded in FullHD (1080p) aren't compressed as much and most people shouldn't be able to tell, really! //
I try to give photo/artwork credits, I just put logo and font on them!
