Oh hai sam...my blended ingredient are dry chili, garlic, galanggal, ginger & lemon grass..i dont put blacan in my recepi..the rest ..i use many slice onion..and rest are all shown in tde video..more or little is up to you.. the satiness, sweetness and spiciness...and for the meatty you also can put whatever your famly favorites..thk q.

Saya jgk menggunakan byk bawang hiris sesuai dgn bahan daging2 yg digunakan..garam gula& asam mengikut cita rasa kita..cili jgk mengikut tahap kepedasan kita..cuma klau lebeh cili keringnya ,warna sambal goreng kita akan bewarna kemerah merehan..jika kurang cili kering nya warna sambal goreng kita akan menjadi pucat..sambal goreng yg anda tonton ada lah sambal goreng kegemaran kluarga besar saya..jadi sambal goreng saya tk semestinya sama ngan sambal goreng anda..t.ksh dan salam perkenalan..

Sy juga biasa msk sambal grg pengantin..sebenarnye memasak ni ikut citarasa sendiri..ikut sukahati pd tukang masak nk tarok bahan apa skalipun..basic rempah nye mmg sambal grg pengantin, tapi bahan2 nyer terserah nk tarok apa, contoh tetel, ker, babat, tahu etc dn bnyk atau sikit bahan2 itu terpulang pd tukang masak dn selera famili tersebut 😊
