You don't run any stitches to hold the front and back together in the center? It seems like you could sew fewer lines the first time and add a couple at the end. Also, you said to sew the darts with a straight line, but it looked like you curved off at the end of the darts. These are really pretty--Ree Drummond would love a set! lol

Best bowl cozy design but worst audio. No effort to match the music to on screen action, mood. More like cartoon music. Hope this comment helps push the video out. Best bowl cozy pattern.

I see you don't cut a batting piece for the lining of the cozy. I have made these following the directions on the quilting ruler, but it seems so bulky when you stitch around the finished cozy. Do you find that only putting one piece of wrap and zap works good? Thank you
For this style of bowl cozy, I have tried with one and two layers of batting. I saw very little difference when heated following the battings guidelines (no more than 2 minute increments) Thanks for you question!

Is the pattern for the large printed on 1 or 2 page? What are the fabric dimensions for the large?
The pattern is printed on 1-2 pages depending on if you want to cut on the fold. You need about 15” x WOF for large. All specific details are in the pattern 😉

Is the 1 layer of batting adequate for the microwave ? I’ve been sing 2 layers but it becomes quite bulky. Thank you.
I agree, I use 2..1 I don't think is enough
I have tried it with both one and two layers of batting, and I prefer one. I tested them in the microwave heating a variety of foods and one layer still keeps hand from burning in my experience. I don’t see any harm in using two layers if that’s what you prefer, it was super tough to turn the rounded corners though! Let me know what you try!
