Nach dem "the work behind" direkt viel spannender! Stark! 😁
My insight really was that once you worked both hands well into the undercling pushing from the left foot, there was no need to go to the gaston dynamically as you had full control :) About the end: not sure if that's the most efficient solution - it just worked for me that day ^^

Nice man! I'm going there next month and it's the main project I wanna try. Is it correct that the first move / keeping everything together to get the kneebar in, was the crux for you? What was the hardest thing about it in terms of physicality? Core, shoulder, biceps, fingers? I'm curious to know!
Thanks 😊 for me was the hardest part the transition befor you mantel out. But for a friend it was realy hard to get the kneebar stuck in the right place... In total i think you need not so much finger power but a good upper body strength and a good feeling for the kneebar 😁

Which topos are you guys using? Going to font next weekend and hoping to do some 7a's!
The most time, we use the app 27crag to find the blocks in the woods and for scouting befor we look at RUclips and Instagram to find some nice boulders.
