Just replace the 0 with a 1, if you're not on (canary mode) it wouldn't have worked in the first place. Canary mode it in the main FIVEM settings on start up screen. It's called latest unstable version

That part I'm not sure but there is Google docs on it the creators of FIVEM. If you Google FIVEM cross hair Google doc it should pop up

Depends on your specs, make sure GPU and PC updated. Try tweaking the graphics settings if you have to. I also use riva turner to lock my PC at a solid 60 fps
