Your film really captures the quagmire of thoughts, both healthy and otherwise, that can occupy and suffocate our brains. I love that it was done in a very creative "non scripted" monologue. I hope that you are healing yourself in the positive way that you wish and that it does provide the relief you unquestionably deserve. I am 73 and have spent much of my life with way too much unnecessary, negative garbage floating around and impeding my journey. I am much better at seeing it for what it is and therefore able to know when it is time to take the trash out. But it still piles up before I know it sometimes. Your film is good medicine. I love this video, bc yes like u said in the beginning i do resonate with it. There are some people in my old account that id like be a ghost to. So when i switched to my spam account that i did like 20 followers on, it did feel so freeing and like i moved to a new city.
