yes this is so important - and many of the creators of these apps do know this and are known for not allowing their own kids to use them. eg Steve jobs, and the creator of snapchat and more. they are so addictive, so concerning for kids who have never known anything different. love this thanks. blue light tells the brain to stay awake so definitely not good for bedtime scrolling.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💯💯💯💯

burnout certainly knocks the stuffing out of a person. it can be very insidious and creep up slowly or hit like a ton of bricks. I have certainly been on the burnout journey, its good that you recognise the red flags, keep healing, keep creating and most of all keep healthy. i love the info of the brain because it is so vital to know what burnout and stress does to the brain.💯💯👏🏼👏🏼

One of the best in a vast,huge the Internet.I'd like to say (if you don't mind) : I live in the Central Europe (the Czech Repubic) and July 6th we celebrate legacy (memory) of Master Jan Hus (our national hero). He was burnt (horrible death penalty in the Middle Ages) like a heretic July 6th 1415 in Germany, because he wanted to improve Catholic Church for better life for ordinary people. Approximately 100 years before Martin Luther. They had similar opinions - Reformation Roman Catholic Church and therefore July 6th is our national holiday. I am so sorry for personal statements,but Master Jan Hus is a big inspiration for my (little bit poor) life. Have a nice,pleasant,peaceful summer-time and take care,please. Thank YOU so much again.

Sometimes filming has its challenges! 😂

When people do not want to face underlying negative emotions or issues within them.. they can subconsciously project what they feel inside onto someone else… becoming highly critical and judgmental.. and even shaming others. They can call a person out for something the other person never did or assume their motives incorrectly. It’s an interesting topic to dive into of how people use projection to protect themselves from feeling those negative emotions they have in them. And thus completely avoid their wounds and never find healing ❤️‍🩹.

from their works (words) you know them. they only spout judgement. not grace and gospel and Christ and cross. yep their works are only talk. do what they teach (they force law), but dont do what they do (nothing but talk). empty betrayal. they dont keep law as fulfilled, by Christ.

Projection of Shame… We need discernment to see if shame is being projected onto us.. especially if we’ve come out of a toxic relationship/ environment or abuse.
