People may hate remakes but it’s a smart business move for Hollywood. 1. They know people will watch the remake and they don’t have to put effort into “new” content. 2. They’ll make money off the remake AND the original with the hopes of people being intrigued and wanting to watch the original. Easy way to make money without even having to create something new.

Undoubtedly Dead Sushi is the best/craziest/worst/most brilliantly entertaining movie I have ever had the pleasure of watching. Seriously so over the top. The script writers (I assume there was a script) and actors must have so enjoyed making this movie. It has everything that a B-Movie needs and so much more. Crazy scientist, mutating sushi, killer squid, marshal art fights, zombies, gorgeous Japanese girls, the singing egg sushi was just crazy. Not too sure what the unexpected fart had to do with the story but it certainly added a certain something??!!??!!?? WOW, that was a crazy movie. I'm already looking forward to the sequel. Dear Top Movie Recaps, where did you find this movie?

An interesting story and rather thought provoking. Can you love someone even with the knowledge of their evil past? Also the choice of casting Kate Winslet as the ex SS Guard added a twist to the movie. It would have been so easy to have cast a "nasty" actor to play the guard, Kate however looks and acts as though she could never be responsible for such cruel behaviour. A cruel killer or a charming lady, is it possible to be both?
