One thing Mazda did right with the Speed 3 is choose an amazing transmission. Is his still stock?
I’m not sure he’s on a stock transmission with that much Hp but what I do know that I’ve seen a few cat’s that have Gen 2 Speeds with 500 + whp that are still on the ST and SC..and those cars are still grabbing with no clucth slippage at all..

I bought a 2023 rt T/A with manual transmission and I love it
I’m finding them for $33,000 in my state. I’ve been a Mustang guy my whole life and have been researching buying one. I’m thinking an RT Challenger is just what I’m looking for and in this market it’s a great deal.
@@Ornelas11B I was in the same boat last summer. Have owned several newer Mustangs. My salesman basically gave up on looking for a 5.0 for me after he tried to dealer trade within their network and had no luck with a few cars. Couldn’t find a LT1/1SS Camaro with in 300 miles that didn’t already have a deposit. I found a new Challenger R/T 6 speed for 35k and pulled the trigger. Not quite as fast as a 5.0, but it may be my favorite car I’ve owned. It’s very practical for being a 2 door, the back seat is actually capable of having a full grown person comfortably in the back, good trunk space, and the car is just so comfortable on long distance drives. I think the 3.90 LSD really helps the car out too. I also really prefer the Tremec 6 Speed over the MT82. It looks like the deals are even better on these cars, I’ve seen multiple R/T’s listed around the 33k mark like you mentioned. I definitely recommend taking one for a test drive if you are serious about one. If you can get past it not being quite as fast as a 5.0, I think you will really like it.
Had mustangs most of my life with a few camaros thrown in and 3 vettes..without a doubt the scat pack manual has been my absolute fave ..more to life than money..more to driving than speed

I went to a CarMax a few weeks ago looking for an extra vehicle for the family and I saw a Mazdaspeed 3 there with 123,000 mi and they were asking $8,000...!!! They are just full of crap that people, of course I didn't found nothing in there that was fair for the family.., But one thing I know for sure, I won't be buying from them ever. I rather give the money to somebody individually.
