Agreed! I also I’m not near as disappointed when a video doesn’t come out right and Hedra as when it doesn’t come out and Runway since they give you 20 minutes a month for just $10. I don’t feel so bad running it a few times until it comes out right! Thanks for watching.

I actually said “head-Ra” on the first video and then when I saw their short come out the other day and they said He-dra I was like well dang it but then when I thought about it, they created it with an AI voice and we all know how that can go with pronunciation so it’s still up in the air, but I think Head-Ra sounds more natural😂 I did see that they’re doing the contest and I am slowly working on some thing I may enter, but I’m so busy between making these videos, working on the “big surprise” coming soon, and actual work to pay the bills it’s hard to find time to work on it. 😬🤷🏻‍♀️ I can’t wait to see what you come up with are you doing the product promo or the Halloween theme?

@@TheRealAIAgents Ha, I understand. I have to prioritize my bill-paying work as well. 😬 I'm doing the product one. I finished all the lip sync clips last night. They leave a bit to be desired in terms of the resolution even though I upscaled them all before generating, but I think that's partially because I started with images that aren't fully realistic and have a little bit of a cartoony quality to them. I tried using a video upscaler on one to see if that helps but it ended up looking worse, so I will probably just stick with these. Because of my subject matter, I think I can get away with the resolution as being part of the "intended effect"... at least that's what I'm going with. 🤣 Otherwise, with all the lip sync clips done I really like where it's headed. I have a lonnnng day (weekend?) ahead of me to work on editing everything though. But it's a ton of fun! Let me know if you finish one!

I definitely agree. It will be better when we can upload video files and put the lip sync on the video file like you can in Runway but it’s still a handy tool for the price when you’re creating mass amounts of Content. I have found that as long as the image has the person or character facing forward, you can get other objects in the image like a guitar or drums at least on this new update before it was really close up on the face when it was still in beta. You can also prompt for the image to be a longshot, which could help not have that close-up right on the face look. Interesting take you have on things …Have you tried to produce anything on the system yourself that is coming out better? Aside from runways lip sync I’d love to hear what ai tools you’re using that are producing some thing much better for still character animation than Hedra. I would love to see what you’re creating based on what I saw on your channel it looks like you might be in a different type of niche than just the generative AI Content creation, maybe that’s why you felt so strongly. I hope you find content you enjoy somewhere that inspires you to create beauty.

A que te referís con "on the system"? Te referís a Hedra? No uso Hedra, y vistas sus capacidad parece que tampoco lo haré, si lo que tu mostraste es lo que Hedra tiene para ofrecer está muy atrasado. El lipsync de KlingAI es muy bueno, pero no es divertido andar sincronizando de 5 en 5 segundos. La mejor opción que conozco hasta ahora creo que es Advanced Live Portrait con vid2vid.

If you are using Kling and Vid2Vid maybe you should give Hedra a chance and see what you can accomplish with it. It’s unfortunate that you think that our channel is just made to monetize and bait people in. We’ve been trying from its inception to inspire and educate people on what AI tools are out that they can use in their content creation. Have you checked out any of our other videos? I’d be curious to know if you feel the same way about them as you do this one. The title definitely is not meant to be Clickbait as that’s exactly what we try to avoid as a channel and you were the first person to ever say that about the channel. @@TheRealAIAgents No offense intended, I wasn't trying to diss your video or content in any way but I just believe these AI lip synching platforms could do better, I have worked on Hedra and tons of other video gen tools, but it doesn't seem like Hedra has improved a lot over the months. Thanks for clarifying what you meant… I actually agree with you on the quality not coming up as much as I had anticipated it to when I heard about the new update. I’m guessing seeing how they added the stylization and the ability to change the size aspect ratio now that the quality will come up fairly quickly over the next couple of weeks to months as they are pouring more into that now that they’ve added the other features from the very basic level of the beta release and character-1 we had previously. Hopefully, we see some good improvement soon. In the meantime if you’re not already using it, I suggest runway’s lip sync I have had really good success with that program and you can upload video before the lip sync so you really get more animation and better quality.

@@TheRealAIAgents umm I'm actually waiting and hoping they improvise regular video generations, runway, Kling and even Minimax are great as of now, Minimax being my favourite but there are a still a few flaws I hope they work on, or perhaps I gotta wait until they officially release Sora.

@@lucifer9814 MiniMax is a Beast!! I luv it. I have Runway's Unlimited Plan, but lately I have mostly only used MiniMax. But Runway's video-to-video feature is pretty cool.

@@TheRealAIAgents Do you have other recommendations? I bought a year subscription to Leonardo AI because of the image guidance capabilities but it's been very frustrating to recreate faces of real people. I would like to use that capability in a work capacity.

Are you using high quality images as your input images? Even if they are actual photos I would send them through the legacy upscaler on a low setting like 3 or 4 and then use that upscaled image as the input on the character reference with the setting on high.

By adding these words in the prompting of the lyrics Suno adds more variety and makes a more complex song. Here is a quick breakdown on each one and how it affects the songs outcome. A *pre-chorus* is a section that comes right before the chorus, building anticipation and connecting the verse to the chorus. It usually has a different melody or rhythm from the verse to create contrast. A *bridge* is a part of the song that typically appears after the second chorus. If it’s like most ai tools… this is the worst it will be. I agree though it can be tedious and time-consuming to find the right song. I found that the best way to get usable music without having to generate over and over again is using my own lyrics and as much detail as possible on the prompting style. I am glad they give you as many credits as they do on the $10 a month plan because it would be very disappointing if you only got to make a few songs each month and it was as you said like a game of musical dice.😬🎧

You can do those things yourself before uploading or for an additional fee on Distrokid they will improve your audio quality.

I can see what you are saying for sure but we cover prompting in detail on many of our other videos so by using the simple base prompt of “beautiful blonde Oracle” it was an easy example for someone who has not prompted for images. It’s so interesting to hear how other creators prompt though so thanks for sharing your prompt here.

It can be frustrating to learn at first but it is a game changer for ideation! The downside is for the real-time gen it only makes 1:1 images right now but you can always use those with the content reference and character reference to get different sized images. Hopefully all is going well on your creative projects. 🎨 I’m thinking of giving Flux 1 a go… have you used that yet?🧐

Trying to focus on finishing one instead of bouncing between multiples, ha! I have a goal of uploading my first 3 singles by the end of the week and staggering out the "release dates" (assuming I can do that?) over the next few weeks/month. Hoping to release in conjunction with other videos for my "main" channel (this one) but every time I come up with a script I manage to talk myself out of it. 😭 I'm at least working on finishing the cover art for the songs this week so I can get them uploaded. We're going on vacation soon so at this rate I may not be "live" until we return... in any case, you continue to inspire me with your videos!

I’m not sure about Tunecore. You would have to check their policy about AI generated music, but I know Distrokid allows you to upload it and it’s very comparable in price to Tunecore.

Love that this video was helpful for you! Hedra is more affordable for the lip sync for sure but it tends to do very closeup shots of the characters which can make it difficult to get what you need the first time. I can’t wait to see your music video when it’s finished!!

@@TheRealAIAgents I tried uploading a pixel character but it wouldn't recognize the face, so I went with a less pixelated version. Partway through, it started trying to make it look realistic and turned very creepy LOL. I'll have to experiment a bit but the overall concept looks awesome so far. Is webm the only way to download the files for now or am I missing something? Can't wait to share the video when finished! :)

Yeah sometimes AI can be extremely creepy for sure🤣 I believe there is only the one way to download the files on there right now.

Interesting I have not tried using Live Portrait yet but will check it out for sure. Runway is pricy for sure I mostly use on the videos because it is so widely available but I also like Hedra for close up characters speaking but it lacks versatility so I am excited to check out your suggestion. So glad to hear you find it useful! I really like using the custom voices because it makes your AI characters just a little different than everyone else’s. I actually realized what I had done when I was playing the video during editing and my own dogs started freaking out. If it’s not the mail delivery person it’s Amazon always good for at least one daily freak out around our house😂 Looking forward to hearing more about your project once you get it finished.

We release all of our songs that are in our videos so it’s a pretty specific listener base for those songs but Distrokid allows you to have multiple artists accounts on some of the pro plans so we have multiple styles of music being distributed some do better than others of course! For mixing you should look into Descript😉

That is impressive work! I know how long it takes to generate something like that so I have no doubt that took some work. Are you creating your music as well? Leonardo’s character reference is helpful with consistent characters but getting multiple consistent characters like the couple you used would be difficult on as many frames as would be needed for a full project… that could make for an interesting experiment though… perhaps I’ll have to give it a try! 😂

For two characters in a single image, I helped a lot with the inpainting feature that Midjourney has, adding the character in the prompt --cref, then doing the inpainting again in the same image but with the other character. If Leonardo had an inpainting feature like Midjourney's for characters, it would really be wonderful... In the end, you end up using several AI platforms 😵‍💫 apart from Photoshop 🤭... The music is indeed our own composition, it's from humans 😄😄🤘... I use both Runway and Luma, but I lean more towards Luma for a project like this. I think it depends on the project; you'll use one more than the other, and the same goes for all AI platforms...I don't know very well how Leonardo's canvas works, but something interesting might come out of it. You could even create a consistency battle video between these two AIs, another battle of the agents 💪😎

In the beginning of my AI journey, I was pretty limited to Runway and then I tried pika when it came out and for me, it was a miss, then when Haiper was released I used it quite frequently, but in my opinion, Luma has a higher quality video output at this time. That’s why I’m still utilizing Runway and Luma but it will be interesting now that Hedra has come up so much and has a premium plan what advancements they make in the lip syncing space.
