Ivan, After we sent you the documentation for the first board you purchased, you replied "Thank you! All is working!". Is that not true now? The connections look OK, but since the green light stays on, something is wrong there. The board has passed the test in our laboratory before shipping, so something happened in the meantime. Is it possible that you mistakenly connected the power supply into another plug at first? In any case, ship the board back and we'll be happy to refund your purchase price. We can also repair the board, but if the same thing happened to two boards, something is seriously wrong. To begin, could you please use voltmeter to measure voltage of the power supply when it is not connected to the board, and please let us know what does the voltmeter read; the label on the power adapter reads 12V/1A, which should be fine. Also, is that the only power supply that you have connected to the boards so far? If you used other power supplies, could you measure the voltage of those as well?
