I tried marbling fondant but as I rolled, the colours transfered over each other and I have no idea why! So disappointing (I used gel colour too!), any idea why that happened? because I havent seen that happen to anyone else so far 😕 any tips would be appreciated ❤

If possible is there away to make a lavender stalk and flowers without wire ? Its for petit fours for a wedding ! Also which would taste better and last longer between fondant or gum/sugar paste ?
