Personally based on what we learn about, well everything, in the ending chapters of Harry Potter and the deathly hallows I am not sure the difference had been super high. The only difference potentially is maybe that Harry’s skill in potion making and occlumency had been better and, sick enough 😅, his DADA skills to probably. Snape is incredibly gifted in al these three things and if he and Harry liked each other better I think Snape hade took it easier while teaching Harry this things and Harry had been more motivated to listen and try.
