When I was 17, I worked at BTNB across the street from there, I always thought it would be cool to live there.

Can you further explain the process of borrowing against the home? I am guessing you are talking about a Home Equity loan or a Home Equity Line of Credit. When applying for the mortgage for a new place will a mortgage company consider the future lease as part of your income? As a secondary question how does the mortgage company approach the second house. Will there be higher rates because of the three loans (1st Mortgage and Home Equity on original house and new mortgage on 2nd home)?

I remember seeing Willie in his Batmobile cruising around Birmingham back in the 80s. What a wonderful example of a generous, giving man with a heart for others. Thank you for the video.

Mr Perry "Batman brought the Batmobile to to our youth football kickoff when I was 7. As a kid, the car was out of this world. It was 15 Sep 1984, he autographed a flyer for me. It's a xerox sheet he put together- composed of a picture of him and the batmobole, headlines clipped from newspapers, words of thanks to fans and supporters around the world, and his contact information, (including his car phone number) to reach him for assistance. Or "if you have a special request, or wish to have the rescue ship at your birthday party to ride the kids there" Tragically, he passed away a just few months later. It's good to see the "Rescue Ship" was preserved and his legacy lives on. Thanks for the video .

Wow! I rented this unit from October of 2012 to October of 2013. Hope it finds an owner, it's quite possibly the best pad in Birmingham to live in.

3600 Redmont Road is my favorite mansion. I took a picture of that house when I 9 years old (45 years ago) and I still have that photo. It’s the most remarkable home.
