Astroturf Slide
There's a park near our house that has a small hill with astroturf. The children are having a blast with nothing but cardboard scraps.

Old Radio Shack all wheel drive truck with tracks
I love this. Currently looking for rescue boat ideas for RC sailboats. I know this was a long time ago, but do you happen to remember where you got the motors? Thanks!
I found these at a discount store like Goodwill near my house many years ago. The closest thing I see available today is Banzi 34179 Aqua Blast Motorized Bumper Boat on Amazon.
sorry for the delay. @@nealshue6791 I appreciate the lead! I'm a novice on the electrical side, but it looks like you're steering by how much input goes into each motor...not by having a rudder. Is that correct? Regardless, looks fun! Thank you!
Yes it's variable thrust with fixed motors. The Sabertooth controllers have a setting that you select for tank steering. @jamesstinson2556
My grandpa gave me this motor. Used to use it on his sailboat. Replaced the fuel tank and now runs beautifully.
what time/range did you get out of it ? any further component specs you can give ? your link to RCPro Driver no longer goes anywhere useful. thanks.
It would go about 30 minutes on a 7AH battery. I usually took 3 batteries and swapped them as necessary.
I can't find an identical version. Here is one with 2 9V motors. www.hammacher.com/product/motorized-pool-float-01
I'm starting to dig around for a way to do this. Have a 2 seater ocean kayak for pond fishing and would love to sit back with a remote control and tug the boat sround.
Have one on our 24ft sailboat and it moves it great
Hi! Is it a good engine? Thanks
Hey does anyone know what model this is I have same one can’t find info anywhere? Any help would be appreciated thanks
Search tohatsu , they make the same one for Nissan and mercury
Why not throw your motors on your kayak?
I did that a few years ago. The rig was bulky and ugly. It could only be used on one boat. This can be used on any boat, or it can be run by itself.
then it might have to be registered ($$$) with the state motor vehicle dept
Simple smart. What is the other 2 items either side of the controller. The one is the receiver, what's the other?
The Spectrum receiver uses a satellite receiver connected with a cable about 9 inches long. The satellite receiver is on one side and the main receiver is on the other.
Sounds very strong, well done

Not from powerwheels. They are similar to these. www.academy.com/shop/pdp/banzai-kids-aqua-blast-bumper-boat-set?campid=71700000057441097&adgroupid=58700005319852769&device=m&keyword=92700053564098774&Channel=pla&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=Cj0KCQjw_ez2BRCyARIsAJfg-kvvcg0vv8BTb6NNwlyQkPhzPQVP7LmpB-eRPt3ZgfYZzEsiOTsr6vIaAvq3EALw_wcB#repChildCatid=8002062&ogmap=SEM|LOC|GOOG|SHOP|m|SNR||NonBrand-Shopping-Local_Inventory-Sports_and_Rec|Sports_and_Rec-Water_Sports||71700000057441097|58700005319852769
are the "gear reduction drives" out of power wheels?
What size prop are you running?
I'm sorry I have no idea. That was several years ago. I bought it used and resold it. There are a bunch of appartments in that field now.
Hello i bought one just like this one today and i want to know what kind of fuel do it needs?? Can you tell me please?
I pre mix cheap outboard 2 stroke oil 40 to 1. I use cheap oil in all my 2 stroke engines. Smaller engines need more oil and larger need less.
Use good 2 stroke oil. They lube better & faster flash fire. For quicker burn, & acceleration

I've got a 1990, took it out of the shed after 3 years. Starts on first pull.
a very potent engine these Super Tigers!!
I've done the same thing a few times. The motors always get to hot and melt the cheap plastic.
This particular one has slippery plastic wheels so I almost never run it at full power. The motors do get hot. I am careful not to blow them up. I have been able to find multiple extra ones of these at the goodwill stores. I rigged up a second one and my brother and I raced them using the cheap first person cameras. It was a blast.
Wow. That is very good. Is it setup for auto stability?
This is one of the better pilots. I believe he is flying full acro.
Doing good. Which quad?
This is my first quad. It's an old completely stock Inductrix.
lol.. but there must been quite some battery changes in between
I think mine can fly nearly 20 minutes on one battery. These are great little planes.
@@nealshue6791 with a 150mAh? i never got beyond 8/9 streetching it quite a bit... and people on RC groups are usually getting 5m out of the stock lipo
A Champ's bees nest :-)
I like it!
Way cool. This is the best trainer plane I have ever seen.
Your mower looks strange being made with wood but is the nicest mower design with simplicity I’ve seen to date. Great video. Thanks
Homelite makes lawn and garden equipment. The motors I used are from a mower like this one. www.mowersdirect.com/Homelite-UT13126-Lawn-Mower/p10885.html
What is a homelite motor? washing machine motor maybe?
From a homelite mower.
I loved your plane. Fantastic slow flyer!
There are no plans. I just started cutting and gluing; and there it is. If you're ever in the Charlotte NC area stop in and we can take it out and fly it.
Just fantastic,.!!!!!!!!! Looks and performs Great.!!!!!! Are plans in the works,.??? Or are they available as of now.???!!! I'd be very interested in getting a set. Again, just a fantastic build, Thanks. Jeff.
Hello! Do you have the Assembly manual of this model? Do you have its characteristics, the General form of the drawings?
I have nothing. I made it in the garage in about 2 afternoons with no directions.
how many amps are the batteries?
They are big deep cycle boat batteries. I'm not sure of the ratings.
not the smallest
what's the carb adjustment on it I have same one at full throttle it it starts to bog down a die acts like it floods out I thing the air mix screw needs adjusted can you point me in right direction on how many turns from seated to start with motor only has a bit an hour on it so it's still new just been seeing for a few years it's runs great at 1/2 throttle or low just bogs out at full
You should back it off 1.5 to 2 turns and then start motor and adjust idle screw while running until it idle's well. I had the same problem on a 5hp Nissan. Gd. luck
very interesting. the first all electric, none gas RC I've seen.
I have looked everywhere. I was wanting the Homelite motors. Where did you get yours?
I found them on Craigslist. I had one for about a year before I found the other one just like it. I found another one a few months ago so I have a spare.
Thanks. The ones I am finding are around $200 each. Too much.
@@DALEARNETT When you die you are going to stand before God and give an account for your life. Because God is good, He is going to judge you according to the perfect moral standard of His law. If you have ever lied, stolen, taken His name in vain, or sinned in any other way he will find you guilty of breaking His law. Because God is good he must punish your sin;the punishment for sin against God is an eternity in Hell. While God is righteous and just. He is also merciful, loving and kind in that He provided one way to escape that punishment and that was through the gift of His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ fully God and fully man without sin. He died on the cross a death He did not deserve taking upon Himself the punishment you rightly deserve for your sins against God Three days later Jesus forever defeated sin and death when He rose from the grave and he is alive today. What God requires of you is that you repent (turn from your sin and turn toward God) & by faith alone receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Repent and believe the gospel while God has given you time
Nice work, building one myself.
Let me know when you have the video. I love this stuff.
Do you put the choke all the way up when you initially start it?
Hi Michael.Yes the choke needs to be all the way up to start. On warm days it can be pushed down pretty quickly.
so are you using LiPO batteries (2 cell 7.2v?) or just the Lego or just the Lego battery pack? (6xAA)
+midknightmist Hi Midknight. I used 2 cell lithium polymer RC batteries. One in the cab and one in the tread section.
+Neal Shue thanks...can't wait to try it out!
could you explain how you hooked lego motors to hobby grade esc... I'm very very familiar with all RC electronics and stuff just not that familiar with Lego
+midknightmist Hi Midknight. I cut the connectors off the LEGO motors and soldered RC connectors to them. Now they plug into my RC controllers.
i was looking at the same motor for my raft. do you know how much it weighs with a full tank of gas?
Hi Jeff. I'm sorry I didn't see your comment earlier. I think they advertise it at about 80 pounds. It is light for the power and doesn't require separate tank like most small outboards.
80lbs? No way more like 28lb dry wt. I have owned one for the last 7yrs and i think my arms would fall off if that little motor was 80lbs!!
Jeff, they weigh about 12.5kgs empty so another kg with fuel. Most adults can lift them with one hand.
What year is that I have the same one
+Royce Vance I'm not sure what year it is. I got it used.
There should be a plate with year and vin and such under the motor where it mounts to the transom that's where I found mine
Mine is a 1995 model
Can you show how you mounted the servo
amazing, 12 inch take offs and landings... nice job!
Nice GBC, not the world's smallest, tough.
Where you flying now? Guess you figured out we lost Metrolina? Some of us have been using Waymer since then,....
love the big floaters
Nice home build. And a great maiden.Love the silky smoooth Landig..Well done.Keep Em Flying.
