    Ok is my watch broke? Female,63, 106lbs. Half into the workout …… 94 active calories burned. 😡 what is up with that? Yes I’m pushing it. Not worth the 70 minutes. Also, too many ads.

    Woo! Tried this workout before, but couldn't quite finished it then. But I finished today! 💪🏻 Every other round (2, 4, 6) I took a 60 second break instead of a 30 sec. Great workout with no jumps. Loved it!

    Been doing more kettlebell workouts consistently. Started with a 30 lb kettlebell and went up to a 50 lb kettlebell workout. Whew! It was tough but it was totally worth it. I burned 760 active calories and a total of 858 calories. I am a 34 year old male who is 180 lbs, 5’8”, and nearly 15% body fat by the way. Of course I did a warm up first and cool down last, since that is always important for workouts 😊 P.S. I did this recently with a 50 lb kettlebell
