I only recently discovered the defamatory statement, and I did contact your friend, Kerry Magro about his republishing it but he ignored me and blew me off. I am requesting that yourself and Mr. Magro make a public retraction and correction of the defamatory statement on your channels, as well as ensure that NBC Channel 7 San Diego also make a public retraction and correction of the defamatory statement. It has harmed me to be told that I can't be believed about passing the California Bar Exam because of your stories. I am Autistic and I passed the July 1997 California Bar Exam. It was a huge struggle, a significant achievement, and it "took a village." Thank you.
