For me the clear highlight of the solo is Beauty Full, because I listened to pop punk a lot when I was younger. Second favourite is a toss up between Playground or Cherry (Real Miracle), but only with the music videos. Both of them are ridiculously wholesome. No Dot is awesome, but the live version is so much better. As for the Dreamcatcher songs, I don't rank.

Was watching people react to this today and stumbled upon you. Yes this is the actual OFFICIAL english dub of this show. So the story goes is that it was based on a Japanese Author who wrote ghost stories for them. The anime failed super hard in Japan as it is extremely standard and kind of boring. So when Funimation got the license to make a dub they were only given 2 rules. 1-All Charcters must have their same names 2-The ghosts must be defeated in the same way. So the plot can't change. But that was it and since it was such a huge failure in Japan they decided to make crap up and basically make an official abridged series. There were NO RULES and everyone was trying to out crude and crass each other......so they accidently made one of the best English dubs ever because of how little everyone cared about the show. Honestly the compilations on youtube are far better than the show. Its so crude and crass and thats what makes it amazing. I found your channel and will watch you after this vid as you seem nice and will sub if you have seen animes I like too.

Enjoyed your reactions. LION was my choice for SOTY in 2019. Soyeon is brilliant! For LION she created the concept, composed and produced the music, wrote the lyrics, and developed the stage. Which she does for most of their music. gidle is my favorite kpop gg and I'm looking forward to many more of your reaction to them. Reacting to their guide next is a good idea.

And be careful of any of the Japanese releases too; Japan has its own WEIRD laws, they are even worse than Korea for trying to keep their entertainment to themselves! They block stuff all the time and hand out channel strikes like candy at a parade.

this anime was so unpopular in Japan (came out in 2000/2001, hence the back of the "Jewish" kid's shirt, that the crew behind it was like: "you know what? let's put a trust in the American dub team to raise our show's popularity BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE, NO HOLDING BACK. and the results are here: an abridged OFFICIAL dub that goes back to 2005 (!)

Clips were from many different variety shows, but they weren't their own, on their channel you can find I-TALK, which are backstage videos of their concerts, MV recordings etc, there were many clips from there as well, also I-LOG which are vlogs, for example from disneyland, gym and much more. They put a lot of effort to produce their songs perfectly and practised hard with vocal coaches, everyone with different one to make sure they sound unique. I highly recommand to check out some of their "Recording behind" to some songs, from the ones you know Nxde, Klaxon, Queencard. You will see how perfectly they do everything in the process and how they work, writing and producing own songs really makes a difference. Most of my favourite Gidle songs are their b-sides, reacting to the whole albums after you're done with most popular songs with MVs would be a great idea, then you can really see how fantastic their music is 😄 Very nice video as always, thanks!

One of the things that makes I-DLE unique, is the fact that they all have different tones, and Soyeon has made efforts to have them develop their own unique sounds, develop their own production abilities, and encourage them to stand-out and be solo artists. It has only made them sound so much better as a group, and widen their fan base. They are my Queens =) And yes, they write their own music, and produce the tracks, working with the other members in the production of their own songs.

To answer your question, when the producer line like soyeon, minnie and yuqi were recording, there would be another producer who worked with them together over the years and direct them. And the song minnie sang in the beginning is called recuardame, a spanish song that she covered and you can see it on their yt channel. For variety show, honestly there are so many but you can start with "up to gidle" also on their yt channel and its sooo fun and its just them being themselves! and another one with shuhua as the main host was called workdol if you wanna check that out too. Another one for soyeon, the song she sang was a collab between her, bibi and youngji named "is this bad b*tch number" you might wanna see that one too cause soyeon is proved to be the fastest rapper among all the girl groups, plus youngji is also a great rapper and all 3 of them are good friends! another fact is, soyeon is SMALLEST member in the gp >< Another fact, shuhua has never bleached her hair until 2022 (Nxde era) cause she doesn't really like it. For your info, soyeon, yuqi and miyeon have debuted as solo artists. You might want to check them out! i love all of them but miyeon's solo for me left a strong impression with her title track "Drive" and her bside song "Te Amo". They have some recording behind the scenes you can see. Oh! Have you seen the new song by QWER ("My name is melgeum")? It was written, composed and directed by Soyeon. She has written and composed for other people before, but it was her first time doing everything. QWER had a behind the scenes.
