It wasn’t the cheapest option but my patients appreciated not having to deal with what almost every business does today. A business should make interactions pleasant and welcoming. I see others in the same industry get one star reviews because of receptionists. In my opinion those are expensive mistakes. I sometimes ask myself what would I pay to avoid a one star yelp review. It’s a tough question. For my field of work probably $10-50K. Answering the phones correctly sets us off on a good start. Both happy and unhappy people appreciate a real person answering after the first ring. If using a service then get them educated so they know what to say for most scenarios.

I do love websites and make money with them but after 20 years of being in the house cleaning businesses, I sold all 5 locations because I didn't like getting customers through a website. Do you know how to get a list of emails?

Cleaning is similar to sales work in that both eventually become monotonous as a 5 hour monopoly game. Commercial clients are more likely to be less finicky than residential,and may not want or need a high level of clean. Without efficacy efficiency is won just by showing up. I see a high level clean less often more valuable than everyday subpar cleaning.

I ran proven Facebook ad (good Copy and good video slideshow + before and after pics) but just couldnt get him leads. The results were terrible. 3 leads 50$ total adspend ($15 for each) and these people were not even serious (window shoppers). Can I drop a link of the Facebook ad campaign structure so u can see and tell me where the problem possibly lies?

You say to generally leave it open and let Facebook do its thing but what do you do about people clicking on your ad looking for work? I'm in South Africa and we have lots of cleaners/maids looking for work and my last ad I'd say was about 70 to 80% of them clicking my ad. Now I don't mind it but at the same time I need to make business. So what would you suggest?
