    Why do some vocal coaches tells you to practice nasal exercises and to apply it to singing especially during head voice??

    • @VocalMusician
      @VocalMusician 3 месяца назад

      That's a complex question. We often use terminology to evoke a feeling in the student. The sound may not actually BE a nasalized sound but it may resonate in the nasal cavities and cartilages and feel "nasal" for the student. It also depends on what style of music you sing, but we so need these resonances when we do microphone singing, so we can cut through the band. Again, a very simplified answer to a complicated question.

    I liked how you emphasized having bubbles even ja doing everything easy and lightly. Did I understand right that you chanced to jar, because you wanted more flow resistance? You will get it by dipping your tube deeper. Because when you hold the jar, which is heavier that the bottle, you will have to work more to hold it. Sometimes it's better if you don't have to hold anything relatively heavy. Have the bottle on table or such and just fix the tube so it stays where you want it. This will make it even more easy and light. 😊

      Hi there, I am using moveable Do where the Tonic of the key I am in is Do, as opposed to fixed Do, where C is always Do. Here we are in the key of BB Major, hence Bb is Do. This system makes more sense to me, especially in jazz where we tend to move through several keys within a song. This is great for developing relative pitch, meaning practicing the relationship of a pitch to another pitch or to a key center. Both fixed and moveable Do have their place, I simply prefer the moveable version. Hope this helps, and thanks for checking out my video!

    Hello my friend Elisabeth!!!...No one better than you, to make a reaction video and analyze this incredible singer, with an stunning range voice, who is leaving all the experts, literally with their jaws on the floor (Do you remember Jim Carrey's movie "The Mask"? well, just like that)...In 2017, a 22-year-old singer from Kazakhstan, named Dimash Kudaibergen, was invited to participate in the famous Chinese program for professional singers called "The Singer"... In his first appearance, Dimash covered one of the most difficult songs in the world, a famous French composition called "S.O.S. D'un Terrien En Détresse"...Since then all this madness began on the internet, RUclips and social networks worldwide and he is already considered the best singer on the entire planet... It is almost impossible to see a human being, being able to reach vocal ranges of 8 octaves, that is, the 88 keys of a digital piano, which allows him to reach all registers, both masculine and feminine, that is, he can sing as Bass, Baritone, Tenor, Contratenor, Contralto, Mezzosoprano and Soprano...You can see in RUclips to all kinds of experts (Vocal coaches, analysts, singing teachers, singers, youtubers, reactors, etc.), who have dedicated themselves to watching his videos and verifying for themselves that what is said about him is completely true...In addition to all this, Dimash is capable of singing in more than 12 languages....In all his concerts worldwide, tickets are sold in just seconds, via the internet, due to the immense popularity he has worldwide.... Anyway, I think you haven't met this impressive singer yet, so here is the link to the first song that Dimash performed in China in that year 2017, the song S.O.S., and if it doesn't bother you, I would like you to mention me as the person who recommended it to you...Warning: You have to be prepared for thousands of views, comments and new subscribers...The video It is more recent, so it does not have the millions of views that the first ones, but it is more complete, including an intro, subtitles in several languages and better audio and sound quality...ruclips.net/video/bDX3FhmyNac/видео.html
