"Notes from Underground" showcases contemporary hip hop with an emphasis on emerging and experimental artists. The program is hosted by a variety of student programmers, each with their own eclectic taste in hip hop, so that its sound evolves alongside the genre. The program also hosts local and visiting artists for interviews, freestyles, and guest-curation. Tune in on Saturday nights/Sunday mornings from 12:30am-2am on 89.9FM in NYC or wkcr.org.
