I have a passion for collectibles. There are so many collectibles that have been tucked away for decades and I enjoy releasing them back out into the wild. We have a few businesses and one is an estate sale company. My wife does a great job setting them up and it's fun doing the sales. I see first hand where individuals passionately collect items and family members have no interest whatsoever when they pass away. But it helps release items back out into the wild where someone else can appreciate them. One of our other businesses involves buying and selling pokemon and sports cards. I enjoy buying card collections and grading them with PSA. I get enjoyment out of the grading process and it's less complicated selling the cards when they are graded versus raw. Then of course I branch off every once in a while and purchase a random storage unit or unique collection that forces me to learn new things. You only live once so I try to keep myself on my toes and have fun.

This sale has a lifetime of tools and tools sell well in our area. We also have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, 2001 Harley Davidson, Cub Cadet zero turn mower, trailers, household decor, furniture and much more.

We have been doing estate sales for the past 4 years. I wanted to add some footage of what it entails running an estate sale company. We are nearing our 100th sale. Dont grade junk kids! IMHO!
Dang, you killed it in the Jordan’s. I got demolished on Jordan’s. Sent my 13 best Jordan’s and got 8’s and 9’s. No 10’s. I found it to be a lot tougher. I still can’t find reason they didn’t get higher grades. Can’t find nothing wrong with the cards. I’m very skeptical about PSA. I have had some come back damaged.

I would take the coating off
Dang that's alot of grading fees. That's what keeps me from grading. I refuse to spend a 1000 bucks just to grade. Just my opinion.

Really enjoyed the video sir! I send in PSA orders every week with Kobe’s and Jordan’s. Even in eBay auctions they do well or in collections with great eye appeal! Whatever you’re looking for man! Good stuff!

I found the bug to submit Jordan's for grading. Oddly, I never graded any Jordan cards up until a few months ago. Between this submission and one other...I'm up to about 15 PSA 10 Jordan's. The tough part will be finding the courage to actually part ways with them and get them listed.
How much you pay o grade all those cards? Looks like you paid $1,000 to grade them
I think it was around 700 because they had a basketball special that month.

Eric, thanks, what day trips did you take? Is there a gym? How is the nightlife on resort?
There was a gym. We did the dolphin excursion and the walking up the waterfalls excursion. For a family resort it was still fun for adults. We've been to this resort 2 times and this year we are trying the Hilton rose hall because it's only 15 mins from the airport compared to 2 hours to OCHO Rios.
