I'm not a realtor, just a photographer/video content creator, I put in the video's whatever the realtor asks. That being said, I reached out to the realtor and she advised that this one is on the market for $810,000. Hope this helps!

I live in this town. I’ve been to this house. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the paved driveway is actually a private runway. The guy who used to own it was a pilot and he flew everywhere!!!
